1. Service Access

Access to GlonexTrack is provided under subscription plans and tenant-level authorization. Customers are responsible for account security and user-role governance.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse platform APIs, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or upload unlawful content through the product.

3. Billing & Renewals

Subscription charges, renewal periods, and invoicing schedules are governed by your commercial plan and order form. Non-payment may result in restricted service access.

4. Support & Uptime

Support response targets and uptime commitments depend on plan tier and any agreed SLA addendum. Planned maintenance windows are communicated ahead of execution.
