The trigger rule engine provides over 100 pre-built trigger types spanning safety events like speeding, harsh braking, and collision detection; security events such as unauthorized movement, tampering, and tow alerts; operational events including geofence entry and exit, idle time, and route deviation; compliance events covering driving hours, rest periods, and license expiry; and environmental events like temperature excursions for cold chain operations.

Multi-channel delivery ensures alerts reach the right person through the right medium, with simultaneous distribution via email, SMS, push notifications, webhooks for third-party system integration, and the in-app notification center.
